The Carminite Ghastling can be found in the Dark Tower. They are like regular Ghasts except they are small and they can stalk unsuspecting adventurers by looking at them. Carminite Ghastlings drop items similar to the Ghast. The Ur-ghast can summon several of this monster during the boss battle near Ghast Traps.
