Perhaps related to Unstable Ice Cores, these monsters appear as a floating head surrounded by a spinning crest of ice crystals. They attack at range, projecting magical snowballs at intruders in the palace. These monsters can be proven annoying, especially when scaling the Aurora Palace and you are not on stable ground.
