Client installation and requirements
- Back up your saves!
- Download and run the Minecraft Forge installer, making sure it is the latest version.
- Download this mod's jar file and put it in the mods folder in your Minecraft directory.
Server installation and requirements
- Back up the world!
- Download and run the Minecraft Forge installer, making sure it is the latest version.
- Start the server at least once to let it generate all the files and directories it needs.
- Download this mod's jar file and put it in the server's mods folder.
- Start the server. Make sure the Twilight Forest mod logs that it loaded when you start the server.
Mod Dependencies
Twilight Forest has other external mods that can be installed. While they are optional, it is important to have the latest version of those mods, otherwise Minecraft will not load.
- ConnectedTexturesMod (CTM) | Recommended Version: MC1.12-0.2.3.9
- Just Enough Items (JEI) | Recommended Version: 4.8.0.130
