Kobolds are small, cobalt-blue creatures with large ears. Lore tells that they used to be helpful house spirits, carrying gifts of wheat or gold to villagers, but the Kobolds found in the Twilight Forest today are vicious creatures that attack without provocation.
This creature is found almost anywhere that is dark. They tend to group into large packs. The pack will all attack at once, and killing one of the Kobolds will make the pack panic quickly for a few seconds, giving you an opening to either escape or kill another with ease. They drop Wheat and Gold Nuggets.
However, if an adventurer was to wonder off the Progression path and into a locked area, a Kobold will appear, holding a Signed Book. Slaying this type of Kobold will drop the Book it is holding. This book gives a hint to the adventurer on where they must go to unlock the area.
