The Dark Towers of the Twilight Forest are made up of strong, wooden planks referred to as Towerwood.

Obtaining

Towerwood Planks

Towerwood Planks are the primary forms of Towerwood, obtained from stonecutting unstripped Darkwood Logs.

Encased Towerwood Planks

Encased Towerwood Planks primarily outline the walls and decorative features on top of the Dark Tower, obtained from stonecutting Darkwood Logs or Towerwood Planks.

Cracked Towerwood Planks

Cracked Towerwood Planks are uniquely obtained from being cooked within a Smoker opposed to a Furnace

Mossy Towerwood Planks

Mossy Towerwood Planks are strewn with mossy patches through the cracks and surface, appearing with very faint light-green lines.

Infested Towerwood Planks

Infested Towerwood Planks act quite similar to Infested Stone Blocks, spewing out a Towerwood Borer when broken or if a player provokes another Towerwood Borer. There are no means to obtain this block.

Usage

Crafting

Towerwood can be used as a replacement for other plank variants, making Wooden Tools, Chests, Beds, and other wood-based items. They also come with unique crafting recipes as well.

Fuel

Towerwood can also be used to fuel any furnace, acting similar in regards to other plank variants despite their non-flammablity. All variants burn for 300 ticks or 15 seconds
