The '''Firefly''' is a block similar in appearance to the [[Cicada]] in shape, and [[Moonworm]] in illuminating light. Fireflies are a common block in the Twilight Forest. They occur naturally on the trunks of [[Twilight Oak Tree]]s, [[Mangrove Tree]]s, [[Canopy Tree]]s, and in [[Hedge Maze]]s. Additionally, you can sometimes find Fireflies as treasure in various chests around the Twilight Forest. Fireflies can also be used to make a [[Firefly Jar]] or as a source of {{mcw|Glowstone}}. A Firefly can be worn in the Helmet slot, though it does not emit light. Once the player takes damage with a Firefly equipped, it dies and turns into glowstone dust.
