Heart of Transformation

Magic Trees may be special for their unique wood and leaves, but the trees themselves are only decoration. What makes these trees special is their cores. Each Magic Tree has a special core that affects their surrounding. Adventurers are warned that once the core is removed, they cannot retrieve the core, thus rendering the tree useless, so plant the saplings wisely.

Timewood Clock is a core that grows from a Timewood Tree. This core looks like Timewood, except for a clock in the middle. When right-clicked, the core will change appearance and start ticking. Adventurers notice that crops near a Timewood Core grow faster.

Heart of Transformation is a core that grows from a Tree of Transformation. This core looks like Transwood, except for a heart in the middle. When right-clicked, the core will change appearance and the leaves on the tree will emit more particles. Adventurers notice that the biome near the tree becomes similar to the Enchanted Forest.

Minewood Core is a core that grows from a Miner's Tree. This core looks like Minewood, except for a small gem in the middle. When right-clicked, the core will change appearance. Adventurers notice that various ores will begin to surface around the Miner's Tree.

Sortingwood Engine is a core that grows from a Sorting Tree. This core looks like Sortingwood, except for an eye in the middle. When right-clicked, the core will change appearance. Adventurers notice that loot in chests near the Sorting Tree will begin to sort themselves.

1.15.0	Added all variants of Magic Wood Cores. Initially, these could not be turned off.
1.17.1	All variants of Magic Wood Cores can no longer be harvested. Instead, they drop the normal variants of these logs. Magic Wood Cores can now be triggered on or off. Redrew each of the Magic Wood Cores for inactive and active textures.
3.3.202	All Magic Wood Cores could be harvested with Silk Touch. This has been rectified, and no longer occurs.
3.5.263	Fixed attempting to harvest Magic Wood Cores only dropping Timewood instead of their respectful wood.
