Tree of Time effect

I believe it simply applies a bonemeal effect or increases the randon tick rate (I'm not sure if you can actually speed up tick rate). -Sonicwave ^talk 06:55, 17 September 2015 (UTC)

Tick rate can be sped up, other mods have done it (at a great cost to server lag). The reason I'm wondering about the tree and tick rate is will the Tree of Time core speed up nearby vanilla spawner rates.
