Tower Keys can be found in Dark Tower chests and can be used to unlock Locked Vanishing Blocks. You need to have a total of four Tower Keys in order to unlock a Locked Vanishing Block door. If a player dies with a Tower Key in their inventory, they will respawn with the Tower Keys in their inventory without the use of a Charm of Keeping.
