Transformation Powder is a magical item that is a bright blue and found in treasure chests in Hollow Hills. While it can be used to transform certain Twilight Items into other dimensional items, sprinkling it on some otherworldly creatures will transform them into creatures from the Twilight Forest and vice versa.
