Fiery Blood and Fiery Tears are items dropped by the Hydra or Ur-Ghast respectively. Despite their appearances, neither are used as a drink or a potion recipe. There is no discernible difference between the two items aside from appearance and name, and can be used together in crafting. Fiery Blood and Fiery Tears can be used to craft Fiery Ingots and Fiery Armor.
