Alpha Yeti Fur is an item that is always dropped by the Alpha Yeti. Every time the Alpha Yeti is slain, it can drop on average of 6 pelts of Alpha Yeti Fur. This fur is so soft and warm that the blistering cold of the Glacier can be well handled once it is touched. This fur, like it's more common cousin, Arctic Fur, be used to craft a special armor set. When worn, Yeti Armor inflicts all attackers with Frosted III, using similar magic that covered the Snowy Forest and Glacier.
