Castle Rune Bricks are decorative blocks that generate in the Final Castle. This block looks like Castle Brick, but with colored runes. Like Castle Brick, Castle Rune Brick will severely deplete the durability of a Pickaxe by 17.
Castle Rune Bricks come in four different colors. The colors are purely aesthetic, but they seem to decorate specific parts of the Final Castle.
