Castle Rune Bricks are decorative blocks that generate in the Final Castle. This block looks like regular Castle Bricks, but with varying coloured runes that glow within the darkness. These blocks, despite having glowing runes on them, will not illuminate any dark place. Like all other Castle Bricks variants, Castle Rune Bricks will severely deplete the durability of a Pickaxe by 17 without the usage of the Mazebreaker. The colour of these bricks are purely aesthetic, though many of these Runes can be found in specific spots of the Final Castle.

• Yellow Rune Bricks are the most common variant of runic bricks, as they generate on majority of the castle towers.
• Blue Rune Bricks can be located at a specific, large tower that is connected to the Castle, as well as nearby connected towers.
• Violet Rune Bricks can be located at the top of the Castle, making up majority of the flooring here.
• Pink Rune Bricks can only be found in the Castle's basement.
