Ice Bombs are throwable items dropped by the Alpha Yeti. When thrown, a block of ice will follow the throwing trajectory until it lands. Once it lands, a 5x5 area of snow particles will appear. Anything blocks (other than ice, packed ice, and blue ice) in this radius will be covered in a layer of snow, water will turn to ice, and lava will turn to obsidian. Creatures in range of the Ice Bomb will take damage until they leave the radius or the ice block disappears. They will also be affected by Frosted III for 5 seconds. However, Ice Bombs affect Yetis and Winter Wolves differently. Any Yeti in the range of the ice bomb will be transformed into a 1x1x2 pillar of ice blocks. This can be a handy way to deal with bothersome packs of them. Winter Wolves are immune to ice bombs.
Like the Snowball item, Ice Bombs have a maximum stack of 16.
