As one might expect, Rope is a block that allows the player to climb from place to place, so long as they are connected to something. It can be placed on the bottom of blocks or on their sides, but will break all connected rope if the initial block is broken. Rope is able to intersect with itself, creating a "knot" when connected in 2 or more axis.

Obtaining[edit]

Rope is currently only available by crafting them in a crafting grid, but can also be obtained from Wells and from dangling Jars in the Firefly Forest, replacing the previously used fences.

Usage[edit]

Rope works quite similarly to Scaffolding when placed and broken, allowing a player to extend a rope out horizontally for upwards of 7 blocks before no longer being able to extend any longer. To extend a piece of rope in any direction, Right Click anywhere on the piece of rope that is desired to be extended, and it will extend out in that direction. The only exception is that rope can not be extended upwards; only downwards.
