The Slide Trap is an unimplemented block. It's purpose is unknown, but it seems to act like moving bars, sliding up and down, forwards and backwards, or left and right, depending on it's position. If a player is caught in a Slide Trap, they will take a devastating amount of damage of around 4 () damage, and will be deflected in a random direction, usually backwards.
Currently, no structure uses a Slide Trap and there is no means to obtain the block unless cheated in or through the Creative Inventory.
