The Dense Mushroom Forest is a rare biome adorned with large mushroom features. Unlike a standard Twilight Forest biome, the Dense Mushroom Forest is mostly comprised of canopy mushrooms, with Canopy Trees growing less commonly. Other smaller foliage such as Oak Trees and Giant Mushrooms grow in this biome. The ground in this biome is mostly Grass, though patches of Mycelium may be found.
In older versions, an incomplete Mushroom Castle would generate.
Dense Mushroom Forest is not affected by Progression and may be visited at any time.
