The Wrought Iron Fence is found naturally generated as part of the Lich Tower. It functions not dissimilar to Iron Bars in that it can connect with Walls, Glass Pane, and other, more general blocks.
When a placed Wrought Iron Fence is Shift + Right-Clicked with a held Wrought Iron Fence, it will top the block with a finial for decorative purposes. This does not consume the held Wrought Iron Fence.
