Nagastone is a special type of block that generates in the Twilight Forest. These decorative blocks can be found in the walls of the Naga Courtyard. They separate into two different types of blocks, body blocks and head blocks, when harvested. The blocks align themselves differently depending on how you place them and will rearrange themselves in an effort to connect, similar in function to rails.
