Encased Smokers are identical to Smoking Blocks, but can only function when turned on with a Redstone signal. Encased Smoke Blocks can be crafted using four Redstone, four Encased Towerwood Blocks, and a Smoke Block. These blocks are mostly used as decoration, since it only emits smoke. You could smoke out an enemy I guess?
