The Firefly Forest is a variant of the Twilight Forest biome. While broadly similar to that biome, this part of the forest is distinguished by patches of flowers growing between the trees, along with the curious spectacle of Firefly Jars scattered throughout the biome. Most of these jars hang from the trees themselves, while some can be found placed on top of Fence posts, dotting the forest floor like lamp posts. Whether this was an attempt to provide light to the forest by some lost civilization, or a strange experiment on the many Fireflys that seem to congregate here, it is impossible to say. | The Firefly Forest is a variant of the Twilight Forest biome.
Occasionally, Hollow Hills, Hedge Mazes, Naga Courtyards and Lich Towers can be found here, easily spotted as the foliage is not thick in these parts of the forest. Like most forest biomes, Giant Oak Trees grow in this biome.
No magical protection exists here, allowing adventurers to traverse these tranquil glades without restriction.
