Root Strands is a plant that generates in the Caves. It can be harvested with Shears, but will drop sticks if broken by hand, and can be placed beneath dirt and roots. Root strands can also be climbed, allowing for easy vertical transport.
Right clicking a root strand with Bonemeal will allow it grow downwards one block if its able to.
Usage
Composting
Placing a Root Strand into a Composter has a 30% chance of raising the compost level by 1.
