The Caves of the Twilight Forest twist through the roots and soil beneath the trees. More of the rock is covered in dirt blocks, making it slightly more difficult to find ore than in Overworld Caves. Unlike the Overworld, the lower layers of the Caves are not filled with lava, but with water, although lava lakes still generates underground.
Unique blocks you may find in Twilight Forest Caves include Torchberry Plants, Root Strands, Roots, and ore-bearing Liveroots.
