Roots are blocks that grow almost everywhere in the Twilight Forest. Only the trees native to the Twilight Forest seem to grow these masses of roots beneath them. Roots cut through stone and most soils. Like most wooden blocks, roots are harvested quickly with axes. They yield 2-5 Sticks when broken without the assistance of Silk Touch.
Roots can be found growing downwards from trees in addition to the much less common Liveroots.
Composting
Placing Roots into a Composter has a 50% chance of raising the compost level by 1.
