Red Thread is a string-like item that can only be found when exploring the Minoshroom's Labyrinth. It can be placed on any full side of a block, glowing and becoming visible through other blocks when held. It's very helpful for making markers and finding your way back through the labyrinth.
As the stack size increases, the texture will change to look more like a bundle, then a spool of thread.
