Soft yet dense enough to block light, Fluffy Cloud blocks form large islands floating in the sky above the Twilight Highlands, casting pools of darkness over the land beneath. These clouds mimic the surrounding weather; acting like the Snowy and Rainy variants based on the weather. These clouds, despite being so soft and fragile, manage to support the Cloud Cottages in which the Giants live.
