This biome is identical to the Dark Forest, as it spawns similar monsters such as King Spiders and Mist Wolves.
Progression[edit]
Although defeating the Twilight Lich seems to remove the magical darkness that clouds the outer forest, the center is still cloaked in ribbons of dark magic. This will only be removed when the player defeats the Knight Phantoms in their strongholds under the trees. Doing so will also unlock the Dark Tower itself by allowing interaction with the entrances.
